The units are just two blocks from the village shopping center. This center has a full-service supermarket, dentist, doctors, bank, travel agents, gift shops post office, and three charming restaurants. There is also a "snack" kiosk to serve you, and your only 30 minutes from Kona International Airport
Our luxury condominiums are very clean and comfortable. Each apartment is nicely decorated with an island motif theme and they overlook the 14th fairway of the Waikoloa Village Golf Course.
These are privately owned condos. Each provide two bedrooms, two full-baths, living room, dining area and have a fully equipped kitchen. All linens are provided.
We manage, maintain, and rent these units on behalf of the owners as "vacation" rentals. Owner usage is short-term each year.
